Hi, My boss has asked me to make a document for troubleshooting ColdFusion, including a checklist, for my department in case any of the more experienced developers are not around. Aside from the typical troubleshooting "Best Practices" he also wants a checklist for troubleshooting a server down issue on Unix and NT. Does anyone know if such checklists already exists? I'd also appreciate any tips/tricks/links to any other troubleshooting guides.
