ahhhh..make sure if you set the cookie that you don't use cflocation after
it...the cookie will not get set.  If you have to use CFLOCATION after the
cookie setting then you can use this...

<CFCOOKIE name="userid"   value="1">
<cfheader name="location" value="url to go to">
