here's what I make (encourage) my clients do... (one-shot deal unless they upgrade to XP or something) - start button - run (explorer.exe) - Click Tools - Click Folder options - Click File Types tab - Scroll down to .DOC - Click Advanced - Deselect 'Browse in same window' - You may want to select 'Confirm open after download'
