If you are corresponding with them have them run a tracert. That will
tell you if they can get to your servers and where it is dieing. If they
run it using the domain and it comes back with host not found it is
probably a DNS error. If it stops at a router some where, it is some
sort of router/firewall issue most likely.
Ex:
C:\tracert www.procraftboats.com >> procraftboats.txt

Then have them email you the procraftboats.txt file.

There is a person in Florida using MSN DSL for their internet. When they
try to get any of our sites, they get a page can not be displayed error.
Could this be a problem with MSN's DNS server? It's the only thing I can
think of that would be causing a problem. 

I don't know of anyone using MSN DSL in or around Florida that can check
the site. So if anyone here can try that would be a big help.
