If you are corresponding with them have them run a tracert. That will tell you if they can get to your servers and where it is dieing. If they run it using the domain and it comes back with host not found it is probably a DNS error. If it stops at a router some where, it is some sort of router/firewall issue most likely. Ex: C:\tracert www.procraftboats.com >> procraftboats.txt
Then have them email you the procraftboats.txt file. Hope that helps.
