The U.S. National Institute of Standards and Technology has a real nifty service that 
you can hook right into Win2k via NET TIME.

http://boulder.nist.gov/timefreq/service/its.htm

Form a command prompt, type:

net time /setsntp:ns1.ny.glassey.com

[or pick a different time server from the list of 10 or so available]

then type:

net stop w32time

followed by 

net start w32time

Make sure the Windows Time Service is set up to run automatically.  My setups all are 
set to manual by default, despite the fact that Microsoft says its on by default.
