Has anyone successfully used CFMAIL with an Exc 2000 SMTP server, when SMTP relaying is prohibited? Adding the IP of the web server to the exception list in the SMTP service doesn't seem to work, as I still get relaying errors on external mail. And CFMAIL doesn't have username/pwd parameters...
