There is no binding law in the EU. There are directives from the EU, but 
they only give a minimum implementation of the legal framework, not the 
actual and complete law.

The specifics would depend on the implementation of the so-called 
ecommerce directive and consumer protection directive. About 8 countries 
have already implemented it in their national legislation, the rest 
hasn't. But as long as you are buying as a consumer, and not b2b, the 
rule of the thumb is that you can cancel the purchase for 7 days after 
buying.
