Netscape is notorious for acting wierd with LINKED style sheets (we always
make them EMBEDDED using CFINCLUDE. :)
Alternative: Instead of
<link href="mylook.css" rel="stylesheet" title="My Application"
type="text/css">
try
<link href="http://mydomain.com/mylook.css" rel="stylesheet" title="My
Application" type="text/css">
