My local install has one in \CFusionMX\bin. I'm running the Developers
Edition, which is the same as the Trial Edition really.

You shouldn't have any problems with the older utility. The encoding hasn't
changed, CF MX can execute files encrypted with the CF 5 utility, and on my
system, the two utilities appear to be identical files.
