Check out SpamCop.com. I'm pretty sure they have a searchable database on
their site for blacklisted servers.

Subject: How do you check if your ISP sends out Spam?

I had problems getting CFMAIL to work on my website. It worked for some
users and failed for others. I thought it was a CF problem until I talked
to a mail administrator of one of my users and he reported that mail coming
from my website was denied because my ISP is known for being guilty of send
out spam.

How do you check if you ISP is on the black list?
