Does anyone out there have a particular tool that they use for managing ColdFusion development projects. I have a feeling that Microsoft Project is super-overkill, but my looseleaf paper with hand-drawn checkboxes is becoming a bit insufficient. I don't need budgetary things, and I don't need to manage other developers. I do have a couple of resources I need to marshal (e.g., "get body copy from joe", "get dba to publish data"), but I more or less only need a fancy checklist that I can put notes into and generate timelines from without having to redo the whole thing every time some little piece gets added.
