Somehow I suspect the question was more about keeping them from expiring
rather than making them expire... I think you're probably actually wanting
to use client variables rather than session variables -- that or

<cfcookie name="cfid" value="#cfid#" expires="#now()#">
<cfcookie name="cftoken" expires="#now()#">

It's more complicated than I'm making it out to be, but I don't have the
time to go find a url to point you to at the moment unfortunately...
