I'm sure I have it laying around, but I wouldn't load it on an IIS 5 server. There's a reason you can't find it anywhere. I'm pretty sure it requires the use of the MS JVM, for one thing, so I don't know how you'd get the information back to the JVM used by CF. What kind of IIS information are you trying to get?
