uncheck
 Purge data for clients that remain unvisited for  days
in your Coldfusion Administrator Variables Section.  If you do not have
access to the administrator, then you might want to run a scheduled task
that updates the clent.LASTVISIT variable for each row in the CGLOBAL table
daily or so.
