There are several mortgage payment calculators out there that do amortization tables...are there any that let me show a balloon payment say at 10 years but still amortize over 30 years for example? If I knew how all that crazy stuff worked mathematically, I might try it, but thought I would check first here for anyone else's expert opinion or pointer.
