If y0ou want to do this the easy way, check out the products from 
Intelligent Converters <http://www.convert-in.com/>. They aren't free, but 
they deliver a lot of value.

Their basic Access-to-MySQL version is $39.85.   "Pro" is another $15 and 
they have bundles with their other products.
