If you have a look at the online docs for CFQuery (either at MM, in CFStudio or possibly on your server) you'll see that the description tells you the additional fields that are returned with a query. CFQUERY returns ExecutionTime, recordcount, columnlist and currentrow, as well as the contents of your query.
