Hi Chad, I recommend you check the archives to see the amount of trouble that people on this list have had trying to get Verity as implemented in Coldfusion to work as advertised, before starting the process of banging your head against a brick wall ;-)
Also note that the same problem has occurred at least three times with three different people, and on neither occasion were we able to get a fix for the issue. Someone has an open ticket with Macromedia about the problem (which isn't what you were trying to do, but just be aware ;-) ). -Gel -----Original Message----- From: Chad [mailto:cgray@;careyweb.com] Sent: Thursday, October 31, 2002 6:10 PM To: CF-Talk Subject: Verity I always thought verity was able to index a web site so a person can search the web site. I index c:\web\page\ for .cfm files and verity indexes the pages un-processed. Treats them like text files. Is there a way to index a CF web site and have the pages process? ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Archives: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/index.cfm?forumid=4 Subscription: http://www.houseoffusion.com/index.cfm?sidebar=lists&body=lists/cf_talk FAQ: http://www.thenetprofits.co.uk/coldfusion/faq Get the mailserver that powers this list at http://www.coolfusion.com
