IE for the PC tends to allow multiple <input type="file"> fields in a form, and pass them on correctly. IE for the Mac, however, ceases passing on form fields when it hits a "file" one, I've found, and therefore any subsequent file input fields get dropped. Not 100% sure on Netscape.
