This was one of my concerns as well - we do the same thing (in addition
to RAIDing the public folders and such) but in MX your app isn't run
from the WebRoot, it's run from the CF directory.  A nasty little change
if you're affected by it.

You can change all of this however by editing the config files.  But you
will have to dig into them a bit... It's well worth doing since there's
a LOT of power in there, but can be a drain if you didn't expect the
extra work.
