I've never found it to be 100% reliable, so to get around this I always
use the Replace() and PreserveSingleQuotes()

Best to be sure your system will run on your hardware than to risk the
occasional error

We've had simple Insert's break just because we didn't handle the
apostrophies - you can't have a client system breaking just because
you've assumed CF will handle it for you

In my view, better safe than sorry

And since we're usually building our SQL in strings before they're
inserted into the database (not always, but usually), then it's easier
to do with this way than "poke and hope"
