oops. for some reason i thought you were using Flash 5, but alas, you
are using Flash 6.

So, you can use named anchors to bookmark, or navigate to certain
sections of your flash movie.

unfortunately, we don't have much info on this on the DesDev center (i
am looking into that), but it is discussed in the Flash help files

Using Flash > anchors, named

here is an alternate technique that is a little more difficult to
implement but works better:

this technique was used in the pet market blueprint application.
