Do not underestimate it! - I've been using T-SQL for 5 years and know it pretty well. Got a job which was an oracle back end and tried to build the equivalent in Oracle and had a nightmare - however if you are just using SQL code in your CF using CFQueries then there wouldn't be much prob and you should be able to pick up the syntax differences as you go along....
