When you view the page, look at the cert name, it is showing up as localhost.localdomain. It should read www.mycustomer.com I have personally worked with Geotrust's tech support team and they are excellent. Give them a call or email and they should be able to tell you exactly how to fix it. Matt Conway is who I have worked with and he is very efficient.
