Use 2 <cfhttp param="file"> then call your trackrequest xml file and
accessrequest file. But I don't think you can use <cfhttp> with UPS XML
Track, from what I have been told cfhttp doesn't work with SSL, you need
to use a raw socket.

How can I concatenate the two <CFXML> vars?  Will a simple & concatenate
the two structures together so I can use only one <cfhttpparam
type="XML>?
