We used to use CFWebstore (and actually still run a highly modified version of it). It is reasonably priced and comes with source (which was an important criteria for us). It includes most (if not all) interfaces to the common payment processors. It doesn't use and cfcs or udfs but I doubt you'll find a prepackaged cart that uses cfcs since they're so new and it would pigeonhole the code into cfmx.
