This is a problem with the mod_jrun20.so that comes standard in MX. It's
not compatable with CFMX. Supposedly if you run the CFMXupdater it will
fix it (See Tech Note:
http://www.macromedia.com/v1/handlers/index.cfm?ID=23162) .
I had the same problem - and am still fighting it, so I can't say if it'll
work or not. I ran that but now am having problems with CFMX seeing my
Apache server (it wants to install as a Standalone server).
Hopes this gets you going in the right direction ('cause I'm going that way
too).

I've had to reinstall CFMX and I'm now running into a problem with the
Apache module. Here's whats in my conf:
