Yes - and be sure and locate the /cfide/ directory - make sure it shows in
IIS manager.  If you change the web root you sometimes have to remap it as a
virtual - or copy it into the new root.

Silly idea, but did you do an uninstall first?  Stupid as it is, it
sometimes helps.
