We wrote a custom tag for CDG Commerce (http://www.quilldesign.com/cdg/index.cfm)
It is a simple custom tag to install. The custom tag is free as well as the payment gateway setup is free. You just have to pay the normal processing fee's monthly. Hope this helps!
