I'm not sure about leaks as in, CF continually soaking up RAM that it's not using. I've never noticed this happening on a 4.5 server. The only "leaky" issues I'm aware of using CF 4.5 are still present in 5.0 and that's shared scope variable corruption which I've heard can crash servers if it's really bad. Afaik, make sure you know your cflock techniques and you should be fine.
