Just out of curiosity, where abouts is the mapping in 4.5 for this? I don't
see it right off hand in the administrator.
As for 4.01 with IIS you can tell IIS to check for the existence of the
template first, and then use a custom 404 error message page, which is also
defined in IIS.

Is there a way to customize the default error that CF 4.01 generates when a

(The solution is pretty easy for 4.5: there is a way with the admin to map
missing templates to a cfm template using its physical path. Unfortunately I
can not upgrade to 4.5 at this time)
