sa is the default System Administrator ID, but you would need to contact your DBA to find out what the password is. Also, as an FYI, it is generally NOT a good idea to use the SA account for CF apps, or any web based app for that matter. Best practice is to create an account for that server that has the appropriate access to the database and use that account in the CF Admin.
