On 6/22 you asked how to unsubscribe but did it under the subject thread
of "RE: List of tables in Access 97" and surprisingly had one person post
a reply.

In the past, the person posting messages to the list included her name
at the bottom of her email ... if you are not Veronica ... have you ever
thought of asking her what email address she used to subscribe to the list?

Michael Dinowitz at [EMAIL PROTECTED] is the person you need to contact
with the correct subscribed email address.

In you email header I found ppp93.blackbox1-mfs.netaxs.com Who is that?

>From an email analyzer tool:

imc001.ivq.com received this from someone claiming
  to be imc003
This doesn't match the IP address in the headers, so this
may be a relay point. If so all headers below are probably
  forged.
  It really came from ppp93.blackbox1-mfs.netaxs.com

Yes ... we have email addresses too .... like [EMAIL PROTECTED]

http://www.netaxs.com/netaxs/userguide/rules.html

Failure to abide by these rules may result in immediate termination of your
account without refund.

7. Harass users (on Net Access or elsewhere). Sending email or real-time
messages to a user who has asked explicitly and unambiguously that you not
do this is harassment. In some cases, a harassing user may be warned against
engaging in similar behavior with other users as well. Publishing someone's
real-world data (phone number, address, social security number, etc.) in a
newsgroup or on the web, etc. in such a way as to cause the person trouble
or to incite others to do so (even if you don't do it yourself) is also
forbidden. (Establishing that the information you published is available,
say, in a phone book somewhere does not constitute a defense of this kind of
harassment.)

8. Abuse the services of a remote server, or violate a remote system's terms
of service while connected to that service from your Net Access account.

9. Send unsolicited mass mailings or unsolicited subscriptions with a
"negative option" for continuation. (The negative option is one where you
invite people who do not wish to receive further mailings to reply to you.)

Subject: RE: Unsubscribe

To whom it may concern:

I have been trying to unsubscribe from this list both through the URL and
the email interface for over six weeks now.

I have a large stack of reply emails saying it was successful but the
posting of this message is proof that it has **NOT** been successful.

I am hereby giving notice that I am tired of being polite. I will wait 48
hours and if I am still on the list I will implement large volume
programmed "posting" until my postings are no longer accepted.

I have really had quite enough.
