You might want to check out this article, which is much more useful, I think: http://www.defusion.com/articles/index.cfm?ArticleID=89 In general, you want to ensure that the user account has the necessary rights for the files in question. In this specific case, you can find one of the custom tag files, right-click on it, and look at the ACLs. The CF account will need read rights on the file.
