This is an interesting question because there are many ColdFusion applications in the Medical Field but many are internal. For instance Gambro Healthcare uses ColdFusion to connect all their Kidney Dialysis clinics and I know at one time there were over 500 of those. Healthstream is a large ASP using CF(not Microsoft ASP) you can view that at http://www.healthstream.com/general/about.html you'll see the .cfm pages in there. Another is St Like's Medical Center in Houston TX, their site is at http://www2.sleh.com/sleh/index.cfm.
