can u open the style sheet (.xsl) file in coldFusion studio
hit "browse" and view it with no error? if not, then it will show
you where your problem is, if so, then I havent a clue, but I would
try opening it in studio (if you already havent)

Subject: OT? WAP & WML using CF

Hi there,
I've set up the top of the page as

<CFCONTENT TYPE="text/vnd.wap.wml">

<?xml version="1.0"?>
<!DOCTYPE wml PUBLIC "-//WAPFORUM//DTD WML 1.2//EN"
"http://www.wapforum.org/dtd/wml_1.2.xml"; >

as suggested in chpt 27 of the cf 5.0 pro book from WROX.
(I also tried the phone.com and the latest 2.0 from WAPFORUM and they
all give me the same error).

I keep getting on my browser:

The XML page cannot be displayed
Cannot view XML input using XSL style sheet. Please correct the error
and then click the Refresh button, or try again later.

Cannot have a DOCTYPE declaration outside of a prolog.
Error processing resource
'http://server/wap/chamsy/bl.html'. Line 4, Position 11
<!DOCTYPE wml PUBLIC "-//WAPFORUM//DTD WML 1.2//EN"
"http://www.wapforum.org/dtd/wml_1.2.xml"; >
----------^

What am I doing wrong?
Which DOCTYPE is the majority of WAP developers using?

Tks/Rgds
