Well, the recognized master in the field has his complete list here: http://www.georgecarlin.com/georgecarlin/dirty/2443.html
Still - you should decide in advance how much effort you want to spend on this and not go over - this is a pit of crap you may never come out of. Oh, did I say "crap"? Is that filtered? I meant "c r a p" or perhaps "C_R_A_P" or maybe "oCoRoAoPo"... Personally I've found that the instance of "bad" language is no greater or less depending on the existence of such filtering software - but that with filtering software the usage becomes more exotic. ;^) Jim Davis > -----Original Message----- > From: Mosh Teitelbaum [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]] > Sent: Tuesday, December 17, 2002 2:11 AM > To: CF-Talk > Subject: RE: Banned words list for use with Fusetalk > > > It's got a sort of interesting history, but the word list > contained in the document at the following URL may be a good > place to start (after removing certain words): > http://nymphs.org/RevealDirtyWordList.txt > > It's the wordlist from one of those NetNanny sort of apps. > Check out the article "Reveal and Me" in the Sept.
