ParameterExists is an old function from way back (oh CF version 2 was great :-) ) .. anyway don't use it, it's on the way out....
Use IsDefined ,it will be continued to be supported. For some unknown reason, some of the CF MX books (reality CF/J2ee) have it in example code ...
