You need to make sure that the /CFIDE/classes directory is in the virtual
server's root for www.myurl.com. When you install CF, it creates a CFIDE
directory in the root of the default web server. If you have multiple
virtual servers, you'll need to add a mapping for CFIDE to each one in which
you want to use CFTREE, CFGRID, etc.
However, you generally don't want to put the CF Administrator application
(/CFIDE/Administrator/) on each one. I usually create a copy of the CFIDE
directory for all the virtual servers to use, and delete the Administrator
directory from that directory.
