Debug code as in CF server output? Not sure about this. The usual "junk at top of page" problem I've seen is to do with HTTP headers leaking out. I've a vague recollection of this being to do with ENABLECFOUTPUTONLY being badly nested, but I could be wrong... Confirmation of what's being output would be good.
