Hi,
I have IIS setup to handle .htm files as .cfm files, so Cold Fusion is
picking up the 404s on .htm files, I can verify this.  I have IIS setup to
handle missing directories, what not.  The IIS side works perfectly, it is
Cold Fusion that isn't respecting the custom template.
