Ah, Jochem, you're thinking too high tech.  All that's required is the 
person go to Hotmail or Yahoo or something and get a new address that is 
just for mailing lists, like [EMAIL PROTECTED]  Then they can sign up 
for cf-talk with that address.

If they're worried about spam, they can safely ignore any e-mail to that 
address that isn't sent to "[EMAIL PROTECTED]".

Besides, there _should_ be a way for them to add exclusions to Spam 
Arrest--i.e., exclude anything with "cf-talk" in any header.
