For what I am doing, all I needed was the activePDF toolkit.  The cf
examples are here:
http://www.activepdf.com/examples/CF0006.zip

They are not commented at all, but its pretty easy to figure out how the
stuff works.

There are also some really cool methods with let you dynamically put images
on a pdf by x and y coordinates, rotate text ect...
