increment a count in a db

[Cutter (CF_Talk)]

It was probably a month or so ago someone showed how to increment a 
count in a database with a single query, but I can't find it in the 
archive. Can someone show me the way here please?

Table:tblSubscribe
     int:intChoiceID
     str:strChoice
     int:intCount

Update intCount for selected strChoice as intCount + 1

???
