1) If you have access to the server itself, stop the CF server entirely. That should take care of it.
2) If it's happening on a browser page, change the code so there isn't a loop, save it, and refresh the page. I'm sure there are other options that might be cleaner, but those SHOULD take care of it quick-and-dirty-like.
