Several people from Macromedia follow this list very closely. When I read your post, I contacted people in tech support to see if the bug still exists in CFMX (since it has been around since 4.5, I wanted to make sure MX didn't fix the issue before pursuing it further). It appears to still be an issue according to tech support, so they made the decision to write up a new bug report pointing out the fact that it sill exists in MX. Obviously I can't say when it will be fixed at this point since all bugs go through a process of prioritization, but I can say that we hear you load and clear and that your vote has certainly been counted.
