I would also suggest that a developer not be single skilled. While clearly they cannot be expected to have mastery of every language, I suspect that many could well capable of being able to use several, in an applied sense. I would suggest that most developers would be capable of being competent more than just CF.
Also, it helps when answering questions about whether CF is better than, say, ASP for a particular task, to have some sort of applied knowledge of the two.
