Has anybody ever developed a basic network management suite based on CF and/or Java and is willing to share some knowledge? I am looking into providing one centralized web interface to potentially a very large number of switches and to allow basic management (VLAN assignment, port security settings, MAC tracing, tree walks, error/traffic logging etc) from there through SNMP. Integration with other applications (C&FS and a network monitoring tool like Nagios or BB) might be a long term issue.
