Does anyone know why following code using CFObject

  <cfparam name="Attributes.ProgId" default="Microsoft.XMLDOM">
  <cfobject action="CREATE" class="#Attributes.ProgId#" type="COM"
name="XMLDoc">

gives following error

Error Occurred While Processing Request
An exception occurred when instantiating a Com object.
