As Christian hinted, my team is building the new macromedia.com using 
ColdFusion MX (and other MX products) and that is a very high-traffic 
site. Our load testing has shown extremely good results so far (in 
fact, we have repeatedly toasted the lab's web server without CFMX 
showing signs of strain!).

I'll be talking about this project quite a bit, starting with MXDU 
(http://www.mxdu.com/) then my local user group (BACFUG - 
http://www.bacfug.net/), as well as a series of articles on the 
Macromedia Designer & Developer Center.
